Join a leading international catering company in Dubai as an Assistant Finance Manager, supporting a rapidly expanding multi-entity operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to play a key role in strengthening the group's financial reporting, compliance, & transformation initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Support Group Consolidation & multi-entity financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS & international accounting standards.
• Assist with transfer pricing, taxation, foreign exchange (FX), & statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive improvements in ERP utilisation & financial systems.
• Identify & implement process transformation initiatives to reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with regional finance teams to enhance financial governance, controls, and reporting accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

• CA / ACCA / CMA qualified
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or ERP-based finance operations.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance and internal controls.
• Good ERP experience, preferably with implementation or process improvement exposure.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to project manage tasks across multiple entities and follow up until completion.
• Strong communication skills to work with finance, operations, tax advisors and system consultants.
