Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing – Plastics / Injection Molding sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Operate and set up injection molding machines for production.
  
• Optimize molding parameters to achieve quality production.
  
• Troubleshoot molding defects and machine issues.
  
• Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
  
• Maintain production records and process documentation.
  
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  

• Injection molding machine setup and operation.
  
• Polymer and plastic material knowledge.
  
• Troubleshooting molding defects.
  
• Process parameter optimization.
  
• Quality inspection and production monitoring.
  

• Mold maintenance knowledge.
  
• Lean manufacturing practices.
  
• Preventive maintenance coordination.
  

Candidates should possess experience in injection molding machine operation, process setup, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Typical experience for this role is 3–7 years in plastics or polymer manufacturing.

• Minimum: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Plastic or Production Engineering (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  
• Additional Certifications: Injection Molding / Polymer Processing certifications (Typical)
