About the Role

Frontline Advertisement is a fast-growing, full-service creative and media agency based in Ajman, offering retainer-based solutions across digital marketing, brand identity, cinematic content production, and signage. We're looking for a driven, field-based Sales Executive to grow our client base among local business owners, SMEs, real estate professionals, and service-sector companies across the Northern Emirates.

This is a hunter role — most of your day will be spent visiting businesses in person, building relationships, and closing retainer deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to prospective clients (retail shops, real estate offices, clinics, restaurants, service businesses) across Ajman and the Northern Emirates

  • Present Frontline's retainer packages (digital marketing, branding, video production, signage) and tailor pitches to each business's needs

  • Generate and manage a personal pipeline of leads through cold visits, referrals, and networking

  • Log all activity and update deal stages in the CRM daily

  • Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines and close new retainer agreements

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to support renewals and upsells

  • Report daily/weekly visit and pipeline numbers to the sales lead

  • Represent the Frontline brand professionally in every client interaction


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of field sales / B2B sales experience (advertising, media, or SME-facing services preferred)

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Comfortable with door-to-door /cold outreach and high daily visit volume

  • Own vehicle and valid UAE driving license (preferred)

  • Confident, resilient, target-driven personality

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or content production is a plus

  • UAE residency or transferable visa status
