PythonBull is looking for a creative and forward thinking Content Creator (Video & AI) to join our growing team.

You will create content for social media by combining professional video editing, AI powered creative tools, and trend driven storytelling to help brands stand out across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Social Content

  • Edit engaging short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
  • Transform raw footage into compelling, fast paced content with strong hooks and audience retention.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure all content aligns with each client's visual identity and communication style.

AI Content Creation

  • Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, and similar platforms to produce innovative visual content.
  • Integrate AI into creative workflows to improve efficiency, creativity, and production quality.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies and recommend new ways to enhance content creation.
  • Produce AI generated visuals, animations, concepts, and video assets that strengthen brand storytelling.

Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop fresh content ideas, campaign concepts, and content series.
  • Create content with performance, engagement, and audience behavior in mind.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, viral formats, and evolving social media best practices.
  • Support campaign planning and content calendar development.

Creative Execution

  • Manage projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Deliver high quality content while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain consistency across all creative outputs and ensure they align with brand objectives.


Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing software.
  • Strong experience producing high performing short form social media content.
  • Hands on experience with AI content creation tools, particularly Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and platform specific editing techniques.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or a related creative role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing content for social media, editing skills, and creative thinking.
  • Agency or brand experience is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong creative instincts and awareness of digital trends.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment without compromising quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a marketing agency or creative environment.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or visual effects.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, paid social content, and conversion focused creatives.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics.
