About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-profile AI transformation programme within the UAE government. You will manage cross-functional delivery pods, coordinate technical integrations, and work closely with government stakeholders to onboard entities onto an AI-powered policy platform.

Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and delivery execution Coordinate technical teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver against programme milestones Drive API and system integration activities with architects, engineers and Microsoft partner teams Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, UAT and project governance Support production deployments, BAU handover and user adoption Ensure delivery aligns with security, data sovereignty and compliance requirements

Key Requirements5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technical environments Experience delivering cloud-based solutions with knowledge of APIs, integrations and Azure Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within government or regulated industries Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery methodologies Understanding of AI, LLMs or Generative AI delivery is advantageous.
Desirable Oracle Fusion integration experience Experience delivering AI or digital transformation programmes Knowledge of sovereign cloud environments Arabic language skills (beneficial but not essential)
