International Sports Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client in the United Arab Emirates for a full-time Wrestling Coach.
About the Position
Our client is looking for a reliable, motivated and passionate Wrestling freestyle Coach to help develop wrestling at the grassroots level.
The successful candidate will primarily coach children, teenagers mma fighters and beginner adults, creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment while promoting the values of wrestling.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver wrestling classes for children, teenagers and adults.* Plan and conduct structured training sessions.* Teach wrestling fundamentals with professionalism and enthusiasm.* Create a safe, respectful and enjoyable learning environment.* Promote discipline, confidence and teamwork.* Support the long-term development of the wrestling programme.
Candidate Profile
* Wrestling background (athlete and/or coach).* Previous coaching experience, especially with children and beginners.* Good spoken English.* Professional, reliable and punctual.* Positive attitude and strong communication skills.* Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Employment Package
* Full-time position.* Monthly salary: USD 2,000 and extra private coaching* UAE Employment Visa provided.* The employer will contribute towards the employee’s accommodation costs.* Annual paid leave in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
