Strategy 


  • Review and recommend integrated marketing and corporate communication strategies aligned with RTA’s strategic priorities and senior leadership directives, while providing strategic advisory and subject-matter expertise on initiatives, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. 
  • Advice on corporate identity governance frameworks and drive consistent application of branding standards across all sectors, services, campaigns, and communication materials. 
  • Recommend marketing initiatives and awareness programs that encourage the use of mass transportation and support RTA’s sustainability and mobility objectives.
  • Provide input on communication strategies that strengthen public awareness of RTA services, projects, and traffic safety initiatives across diverse community segments. 
  • Contribute to strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making related to marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. 
  • Proactively identify and anticipate complex problems affecting management and business direction and provide strategic recommendations. 
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with partners to enhance RTA’s institutional profile and resource efficiency. 
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify future trends and priorities for RTA’s development. 

Operations


  • Provide expert oversight on the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and public awareness programs across RTA sectors. 
  • Shape authority-wide communication and marketing policies and strategies, ensuring alignment across sectors. 
  • Review and provide input into communication materials, including publications, media content, and awareness campaigns, ensuring alignment with institutional branding and communication standards. 
  • Provide governance for RTA’s digital communication channels, including websites and social media platforms, ensuring effective digital presence and audience engagement. 
  • Support the planning and coordination of exhibitions, public events, and awareness activities organized by the authority to enhance public outreach and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Advise leadership on reputational risks, crisis communication considerations, and sensitive communication matters. 
  • Analyze and evaluate current media, marketing, and sponsorship practices, proposing enhancements that align with strategic goals. 
  • Coordinate the preparation of the Authority’s annual report with relevant departments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate messaging. 
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for employees and new managers to promote best practices and procedural awareness. 

Product / Process Improvement


  • Lead the review and modernization of marketing and corporate communication frameworks to strengthen communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on global best practices in marketing, media, and events, providing actionable recommendations for improvement 
  • Apply analytical and digital marketing insights to assess campaign performance, measure communication impact, and recommend improvements to outreach strategies. 
  • Advise leadership on innovative communication approaches and digital engagement models that enhance customer awareness, community engagement, and service adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree/ Master’s degree in Marketing
  • 12+ years in case of Master’s degree (14+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree) in related field
  • Expertise in brand identity management and brand positioning
  • Experience in community engagement and CSR program management
  • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience capabilities
  • Ability to conduct horizon scanning and identify emerging market trends
  • Skilled in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing, commercial, and pricing management strategies
  • Experience in media relations and corporate communications
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Understanding of the organization’s business context and strategic objectives
  • Competence in budget preparation and financial planning
  • Skilled in content development and management across communication channels
  • Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in enterprise archiving, documentation, and compliance processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
