Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit performance-driven Sales Executives – Used Cars to join our growing Automall team. This is an exciting frontline sales role where you will deliver first-class, face-to-face customer experience while driving sales performance and profitability for the business.
No automotive experience is required; we are looking for confident, customer-focused sales professionals with the passion and motivation to succeed.
What you will do
• As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for Automall used vehicles while ensuring an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales journey.
• Support the sales objectives of the business by achieving assigned sales and CSI targets.
• Provide excellent service to current and potential Automall customers.
• Follow company sales policies, procedures and standards always.
• Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries and prospects in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieving or exceeding allocated monthly sales targets.
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction to support repeat sales and long-term customer loyalty.
• Handle cash and support vehicle finance arrangements in line with company procedures.
• Continuously improving selling techniques and customer handling skills.
• Promote and sell vehicle-related insurance products and accessories.
• Maintain strong awareness of the automotive industry, product range, models, features, benefits, market trends and competitor activity.
• Analyze market conditions, identify customer needs and explore opportunities to sell Automall products and services.
Skills
Required skills to be successful
• To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong sales mindset, excellent customer service skills and the confidence to engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous sales experience in retail, fashion, hospitality or real estate is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated understanding of the sales process in any industry. Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
