Job description

Responsible for providing transport with company vehicles of people, goods and materials as assigned by Branch Manager. Will carry out those responsibilities in a reliable and professional manner whilst adhering to the policies and standards inherent within the organization.

Commitment to Occupational Safety and Health  (OSH) /Environment Safety and Health, incident reporting and risk management as required and observed

• Operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy

  
  

• Transports clinics/office staff, patients & guests from and to the identified location

  
  

• Dispatch documents safely to the destinations assigned by the supervisor

  
  
• Transport equipment or other goods between the different branches of CosmeSurge

• Maintains defensive driving and responsible for the regular maintenance of the vehicle

  
  

• Updates supervisor on wear and tear of vehicle parts

  
  

• Maintain mileage and dispatch registers

  
  

• Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside

  
  

• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested by the management

  
  

• Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required; Fuels the assigned vehicle(s)

  
  

• Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported; documenting customer usage; preparing trip reports; preparing accident and incident reports as necessary

  
  

Maintains confidentiality of all clinic’s related activities
