Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of telecom infrastructure across Chennai.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to foster skill development.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation for installation, repair, and upgrade tasks, prioritizing critical network segments.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all on-site activities, minimizing risks and rework.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in telecommunications field operations, with a focus on mobile or fixed-line networks.

• Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, Fiber Optic Splicing) is highly desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria:

• Maximum age limit is 49 years

• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and SR. Positions:

• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
