Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and rotating equipment systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement advanced maintenance strategies for critical rotating assets, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the procurement and installation of new mechanical equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and project timelines.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for mechanical equipment failures, identifying underlying issues and implementing corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in mechanical and rotating equipment engineering within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

  • Proven expertise in the design, operation, and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and other critical rotating machinery.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.


Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible


Age Criteria:

  • Maximum age limit is 49 years

  • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience


Managerial and SR. Positions:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
