Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and rotating equipment systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement advanced maintenance strategies for critical rotating assets, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of new mechanical equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and project timelines.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for mechanical equipment failures, identifying underlying issues and implementing corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in mechanical and rotating equipment engineering within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
Proven expertise in the design, operation, and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and other critical rotating machinery.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
