Overview of the Role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive and take the lead as an Aftersales Manager – Toyota Al Ain, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer journeys and driving operational excellence.

In this leadership position, you will own the overall performance of the service center—delivering sustainable growth in revenue and profitability, while creating a seamless, high-quality customer experience that reflects Toyota’s global standards. What You Will Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing aftersales team to consistently achieve revenue, productivity, and profitability targets
  • Drive operational excellence across the service center, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Champion a customer-first culture, leveraging insights and feedback to improve NPS and retention
  • Oversee branch P&L, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across workshop, parts, CRM, and leadership teams to align on business priorities
  • Build, coach, and develop talent—creating a strong pipeline of future leaders within the business
  • Ensure full compliance with brand standards, HSSE requirements, and operational policies
  • Continuously optimize processes, capacity, and resource utilization to deliver best-in-class service


Skills

Required Skills to be Successful

  • Proven leadership experience within automotive aftersales or service operations
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience managing P&L and delivering growth
  • Deep understanding of dealership aftersales processes and customer lifecycle
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion for developing people and leading high-performance teams
  • Experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong systems proficiency (ERP/reporting tools)

What Equips You for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive preferred) or Business Management
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within automotive dealerships
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role within aftersales/service operations
  • Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and enhancing customer experience
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team development capabilities
