ERP Programmer / Business Analyst (Construction ERP)
Location: Dubai Job Type: Full - Time
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain Construction ERP applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend ERP solutions. Configure and customize ERP modules to meet client requirements. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Build and maintain ERP user interfaces using Angular. Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and implementation documents. Support ERP implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Conduct business process mapping and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure ERP solutions align with industry best practices and business objectives.

Requirements8+ years of experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation. Strong hands-on experience with Construction ERP solutions. Excellent knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization. Strong experience with Angular for front-end development. Proven experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping. Strong understanding of construction business workflows, including project management, procurement, contracts, costing, budgeting, inventory, billing, and finance. Experience preparing functional specifications and technical documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Middle East construction industry. Experience implementing or supporting enterprise ERP solutions. Knowledge of ERP integration with third-party systems and APIs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
