KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Follow up with relevant departments regarding the department's work plans, based on leadership directives and feedback# Enhance communication between relevant personnel within the department and other departments within the organization through established communication channe# Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned# Follow up with department managers to ensure the timely completion and closure of reports, assignments, and audit observations to guarantee the smooth operation of the marketing and corporate communications department.# Manage the marketing budget and ensure its efficient and effective use to achieve the desired results# identify new opportunities to market the organization's services and develop strategic partnerships to promote them# Responsibilities related to the system and procedures for proposals received by the department, coordinatingwith relevant parties to ensure appropriate responses are prepared and implemented within the specified timeframe# Manage the marketing budget and ensure its efficient and effective use to achieve the desired results.Responsibilities related to the systems used in the Marketing and Corporate Communications Department, including those specific to the Authority, such as the Performance Indicators (PI) system, compliance, information security, attendance and departure systems, and customer relationship management, as directed by the Department Manager# Reflecting the Excellence Fund criteria in coordination with the Department Manager and Section Managers,and preparing periodic expenditure reports.
Education# Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration, marketing or equivalent from anaccredited university
Diploma: 8 years of experience in the field Bachelor's degree: 2 years of experience in the field
