Job description
The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's human capital strategy across all business units, including trading, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions. The role serves as a strategic advisor to executive management, ensuring that people, organizational capabilities, leadership development, and culture support the company's long-term business objectives.
The HR Director will develop and implement HR strategies covering talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, industrial relations, compliance, and workforce planning while ensuring adherence to UAE Labour Law and applicable international employment regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA or Human Resources) preferred.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 5–8 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, or industrial organizations.
- Experience supporting multiple business units within a holding company is highly preferred.
- Strong background in organizational transformation and change management.
