As a Hostess, you will warmly welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and well-attended upon arrival. You will manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations. You will also assist guests with inquiries and coordinate closely with the service team to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage table reservations and organize seating arrangement to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining operations.

About You:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, welcoming, and professional personality with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge on reservation systems.
• Attention to detail and a neat, presentable appearance.
• Team-oriented with a positive and service-focused attitude.
• 1 – 2 years of bartending experience in a Hotel, Restaurant or Bar.
• High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
