We're hiring a Senior Dev Ops Engineer (6+ years) to take ownership of our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack — keeping our payment services secure, scalable, and always on. What you'll do Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, automated deployments Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWSBuild and own observability and centralized logging with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Prometheus and Grafana Improve reliability, performance, and incident response across production payment systems Champion infrastructure-as-code, automation, and security best practices in a PCI-grade environment Mentor engineers and help set Dev Ops standards across the team What we're looking for6+ years in Dev Ops / SRE / infrastructure engineering Deep, hands-on experience with AWS (compute, networking, IAM, managed services) Strong track record designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions) Production experience with the ELK stack for logging, monitoring, and alerting Solid scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / Ansible) Strong grasp of security and reliability in a regulated, high-availability environment Nice to have Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Secrets management and zero-downtime deployment strategies Why Menta Operate the infrastructure behind payment products used by issuers and processors globally, take real ownership of cloud and reliability, and work with a specialized payments team.
