Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure efficient financial systems and internal controls are in place
• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure high performance
• Support business expansion, partnerships, and strategic decision-making

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in senior financial roles
• Experience in education sector or international business is a plus
• Prior experience working in remote or multinational environments
