إدارة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة التصنيع في صالة المصنع لقسمنا الخاص بالألومنيوم والواجهات المعمارية. إظهار سجل حافل بالإشراف على تصنيع أنظمة جدار ستارة متقدمة، ونوافذ، وأبواب، وتكسية، وحلول الزجاج. يتحمل الدور المسؤولية الكاملة عن تحسين إنتاجية المصنع، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الأنظمة الأوروبية المشددة ومواصفات المشروع، وإدارة العمالة في الورشة، وتقليل هدر المواد.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات والتعليم: الدرجة: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الصناعية، التصنيعية، أو المدنية. الخبرة: خبرة عملية في هندسة الإنتاج لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في صناعة الألومنيوم والواجهات الإنشائية. الخبرة الإقليمية: خبرة سوق مجلس التعاون الخليجMandatory (الإمارات العربية المتحدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، قطر، أو الكويت). يجب أن يفهم المرشح بيئات التشغيل المحلية وتدفقات اللوجستيات ومعايير السلطة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage and oversee all factory floor fabrication activities for our architectural aluminum and facade division. Demonstrating a proven track record of supervising the manufacturing of advanced curtain wall systems, windows, doors, cladding, and glazing solutions. The role is entirely responsible for optimizing factory output, ensuring compliance with strict European and project system specifications, managing workshop labor, and minimizing material wastage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Education:
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on production engineering experience within the aluminum and structural facade industry.
Regional Experience: Mandatory GCC market experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar, or Kuwait). Candidates must understand local operating climates, logistical workflows, and authority standards.
