Role: Part-Time Native-Level English Teacher Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to individual student needs Teach core skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student level, goals, and progress Create interactive and stimulating learning materials and activities Assess student performance regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to support improvement Track and report student progress and maintain accurate records Support students in building confidence and fluency in English Encourage critical thinking, participation, and independent learning Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectives Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching
Qualifications & Requirements:Native or native-level English proficiency Proven experience teaching English (ESL/EFL preferred) Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with students of different ages and proficiency levels Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles Patient, approachable, and passionate about education Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred) TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is a plus Available to work on-site in JLT, Dubai Willing to work evening shifts (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
