As our Dubai studio continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across the UAE and wider GCC.
The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial business developer who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and representing a premium luxury brand. Rather than a traditional sales role, you'll be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with clients and industry professionals, identifying new opportunities and helping grow our portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects. This position offers exceptional earning potential through a performance-led commission structure and is ideally suited to someone motivated by results and career growth.
Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC. Build relationships with luxury homeowners, developers, hotel operators, architects, project managers, consultants and family offices. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Arrange meetings with prospective clients and strategic partners. Represent Elliot James Interiors at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions. Prepare and coordinate proposals alongside the Creative Director. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Develop long-term referral partnerships that generate repeat business.
About You We're looking for someone who has:A proven track record in business development, sales or client relationship management. Existing relationships within Dubai's luxury property, hospitality or construction sectors. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confidence engaging with high-net-worth individuals, developers and senior decision-makers. A proactive, self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset. The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our design team. Fluent English (additional languages are advantageous).

Projects typically range from AED 150,000 to AED 2,000,000+ in professional design fees.
