Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate, and culturally sensitive interpretation services between English and specified Indian languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi) during critical client interactions and operational processes.
• Facilitate seamless communication flow in high-pressure environments, ensuring no loss of critical information or nuance during live discussions and troubleshooting sessions.
• Accurately interpret technical jargon, industry-specific terminology, and complex instructions to ensure clear understanding between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, proprietary data, and sensitive communications encountered during interpretation sessions.
• Proactively identify and address potential communication barriers or misunderstandings, employing effective clarification techniques to ensure message fidelity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners

❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

• Maximum age limit is 49 years

• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and SR. Positions:

• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
