We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing high-performing sales strategies, maximizing client acquisition, and ensuring the achievement of individual and departmental targets.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication and coaching abilities, capable of building a high-performance sales culture while maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism and client service. Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, Financial Services, or Investment industry is highly preferred.
