Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction process from opportunity identification through to contract award.
• Manage and coordinate value engineering initiatives to optimise project cost, programme and buildability.
• Oversee design development and ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and commercially viable.
• Prepare and review cost plans, budgets, and pre-contract financial assessments.
• Coordinate with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to develop competitive tender submissions.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' experience within the construction industry, including significant pre-construction management experience.
• Proven track record working for a Main Building contractor on major construction projects.
• Strong expertise in value engineering, design management, cost planning, and tender strategy.
• GCC/UAE construction experience preferred, with a good understanding of regional market conditions and procurement routes.
• Stable career history demonstrating progression within reputable construction organisations.
