Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Take accurate customer measurements.
Create patterns for custom-made garments.
Mark and cut fabrics with precision while minimizing wastage.
Conduct fittings and make pattern adjustments.
Work with chiffon, satin, silk, organza, tulle, crepe, lace, and embellished fabrics.
Guide tailors during garment construction.
Ensure every garment meets luxury boutique quality standards.
Handle custom orders from measurement to final fitting.
Maintain consistency in sizing and garment quality.
Language Requirements
Basic Arabic communication.
Good English communication.
Preferred
Experience working in luxury boutiques or designer fashion houses.
Ability to supervise tailors and manage fittings.
Strong customer interaction skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Master Cutter.
Strong knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
Experience with couture, luxury dresses, evening gowns, and bridal wear.
Excellent understanding of fabric behavior and cutting techniques.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail.
