Role Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for representing the IT function across new Site Opening initiatives and for driving Crucial and High Priority IT projects to successful, on-time completion. This role acts as the single pointof accountability for IT withinsite launch programs, coordinating across all IT functions and external vendors, while also managing a portfolio of high-impact projects that require close stakeholder engagement, rigorous tracking,and proactive risk management. The role requiresa hands-on leader who is equally comfortable on the project floor at a new site and presenting a consolidated status to senior leadership and the Steering Committee.
Key Responsibilities Site Opening – IT Representation & Coordination Act as the singlepoint of contactrepresenting IT for all Site Opening projects, end to end. Coordinate with all IT stakeholder teams to ensure readiness, including:Entertainment Business Teams Projects / Construction Teams Applications Teams (Entrprise / Business) Operations & Telecom Infrastructure (Infra) Service Deliveryand Managed Services Asset Management System Vendorsand Integrators Drive coordination across all IT departments to ensure alignedplanning, sequencing, and execution of site readiness activities. Consolidate inputsfrom all IT workstreams and present a single, unified IT project updateto the Program team and the Steering Committee (Steer Co). Prepare and maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)for IT scope at each site, ensuringaccuracy and alignment with site requirements. Track all site milestones closely, proactively flag deviations, and drive corrective actions to keep delivery on target. Obtain formalsign-offs at each milestone and at projectclosure from relevantstakeholders and business owners.
Visit sites frequently to validate on-groundreadiness, inspect installations, and resolve issues directly with site and vendor teams. Crucial & High Priority IT Projects Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to develop detailedproject plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Follow up individually with each stakeholder and vendor to ensure accountability and timely completion of action items. Prepare and circulate a weekly projectstatus update, clearlyhighlighting progress, key activities, and upcoming milestones. Proactively identify,document, and escalateproject risks and issues, along with recommended mitigation plans. Maintain a risk and issue log, and driveresolution through to closure in coordination with relevant owners. Ensure projectdocumentation, plans, and trackers are kept currentand accessible to all stakeholders. Other Responsibilities Balance time between Head Office (HO),to manage key projects, planning, and stakeholder reviews, and frequent site visits to oversee execution and readiness. Build strong working relationships with internal IT teams, businessstakeholders, vendors, and system integrators. Support continuous improvement of site opening playbooks, templates, and projectgovernance processes. Ensure adherenceto organizational projectmanagement standards, change control, and reporting cadence.
Key Skills& Competencies
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the abilityto coordinate effectively across multiple IT functions, business teams, and external vendors. Proven projectmanagement experience, includingplanning, scheduling, milestonetracking, and risk management. Experience managing IT scope for site openingsor rollouts (BOQ preparation, infrastructure and systems coordination) is highly preferred. Excellent communication and reporting skills,with the abilityto consolidate complex,multi-team updates into clear executive-level summaries. Strong follow-through and accountability mindset;comfortable driving individuals and teams to meet deadlines. Ability to managemultiple concurrent high-priority projects under tighttimelines. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites. Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, or equivalent).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT projectmanagement, with exposureto site rollouts, infrastructure projects, or large-scale program delivery. PMP, PRINCE2,or equivalent projectmanagement certification is an advantage. Prior experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary IT teams (Applications, Infra, Telecom, Service Delivery, Asset Management) and external vendors/integrators.
