Location: Dubai Experience: 1-2 years Industry: Saa S / CPaa S / Digital Platforms / B2B Tech Salary: Up to AED 7,000 per month. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate Account Manager to support existing client relationships under the guidance of senior team members — helping ensure high customer satisfaction, resolving day-to-day queries efficiently, and supporting product adoption through training and ongoing engagement across our UAE client base. This is a strong entry point into account management and customer success, with a clear path to a full Account Manager role as skills and account ownership grow. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management• Support senior Account Managers in maintaining relationships with assigned client accounts.• Assist with regular client communication and check-ins.• Help track client goals and platform usage patterns. Account Handling & Support• Handle day-to-day client queries related to onboarding, integrations, platform usage, billing, and campaigns.• Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Ops, Product, Finance) to resolve issues promptly.• Ensure timely logging and follow-up on tickets and escalations. Customer Satisfaction & Retention• Help monitor CSAT and NPS scores across accounts.• Flag churn risk signals to senior team members for corrective action.• Support renewal and contract continuation processes. Training & Enablement• Assist in delivering onboarding and training sessions for clients (platform usage, best practices, new features).• Help update training materials, guides, and FAQs as required.• Support feature adoption initiatives across accounts. Growth & Upsell Support• Help identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and flag them to senior Account Managers or Sales.• Share client feedback and market observations with the product and leadership teams. Reporting & Documentation• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM.• Assist with regular account health and performance reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications• 0–1 year of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing/customer service roles — fresh graduates encouraged to apply.• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• Exposure to Saa S, CPaa S, telecom, or digital platforms is a plus, not a requirement.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Comfortable learning new tools and handling client-facing situations.• Willingness to learn CRM tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools (no prior CRM experience required).
