Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide legal advice and opinions to clients on a wide range of legal matters.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.

3. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.

4. Represent and assist clients in legal proceedings where applicable.

5. Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external parties.

6. Advise clients on corporate, commercial, civil, property, real estate, and other legal matters.

7. Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

8. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver practical legal solutions.

9. Collaborate effectively with partners and other members of the legal team.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification legal experience.

3. Mandatory: All legal experience must have been gained while working in a law firm or legal consultancy. Candidates with in-house legal department experience will not be considered.

4. Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.

5. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

7. UAE legal experience is an advantage.

8. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
