Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC / CCU Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and Close Control Units (CCU/Precision Air Conditioning Units). The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, including CCU (Close Control Unit), DX units, split ACs, package units, and AHUs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system commissioning.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and Close Control Units (CCUs) ) systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and HVAC safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use HVAC testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driving license (preferred, if applicable).
