Roles & Responsibilities
Leads the takeover of assigned jobs from the Sales Manager
Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues
Coordinates with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordinates with Sales in claiming variations and resolving any contractual disputes
Determines, monitors, and reviews all project/Program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources, and risk, including the direct management of projects
Develops and maintains project plans, controls, KPIs, and workbooks. Tracks, analyses, and reports performance and progress across all components of the project.
Manage changes in operational plan through the change control process developed for the project or as defined by the PMO
Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements and the client’s long term goals by the Project
Management Plan.
Ensures proper use of systems, tools, methodologies, and technology to prepare for decision-making and to achieve project health.
Facilitates need assessment and development of project control solutions used for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects through the integration of various Project Management tools
Integrates and uses Project Management methodologies. Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders
Leads the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project and requirements
Monitors emerging Project Management technology for potential to maximize business performance
Proactively influences customers/clients to apply project-planning methodologies
Provides direct client interface and ensures project delivery excellence
Provides program/project oversight
Supports Finance in monthly invoices, collection of payments, and identification of WIP and CTC
Facilitate and undertake status review meetings among project team members and clients
Presents project status to the Steering Committee.
Development and Maintains Project Risk Management Plan
Identifies potential risk. Develop plans for alternative strategies to avoid and minimize risk.
Ensures compliance with QHSE requirements on the project.
Provides value-added contributions for the project and the benefit of the enterprise.
Use cost estimating tools and techniques, project plan documentation, and resource estimates to develop a quantitative estimate of project costs
Develop a cost management plan describing how cost variances will be managed
Document all assumptions and constraints regarding costs. Compare project cost calculations with original estimates.
Consider the impact/effects of identified risks on schedule, budget, and quality.
Develops Project Quality Management Plan based on enterprise and clients’ requirements. Establish operational definitions and quality measures.
Monitor results and ensure implementation of corrective action
Adheres to requirements of IMS, guidance provided by QHSE and PMO, utilizes templates, adheres to reporting requirements, attends audit meetings, and rectifies non-compliances
Setting a personal example for the workforce regarding HSE implementation and compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience (Prior experience in a project manager role is mandatory)
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
Expertise in ELV systems, such as Fire Alarm System, VESDA System, Public Address and Voice Alarm, Central Battery System, Central Monitoring System and etc
