About the Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering efficient Food and Beverage service, reflecting Shangri-La Dubai’s image through a friendly and courteous attitude. You will maintain full knowledge of all areas within the division (Restaurant, Room Service & Banquet Service), as you may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the restaurant, private dining or banquet service as assigned.
• Provide a high-quality service for all guests.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the section appointed.
• Consistently looking for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Create an exceptional experience for our guest.

About You

• Working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* international hotel.
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
• Communicates with fluency in English. 

• Willingness to work different shifts.
