About the role
The F&B Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a restaurant or bar outlet, ensuring exceptional service, smooth workflow, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
What you will do
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate service staff to ensure high-quality guest service.
• Assistwith staff training, performance management, and development.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Collaborate with outlet management for events, promotions, and service improvements.
• Perform other tasks orprojects asassigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manageror Assistant Director of F&B.
What you bring
• A minimum of at least2to 3yearsof experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge ofF&Boperations
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• الإشراف وتنسيق خدمة الموظفين لضمان خدمة عالية الجودة للضيوف.
• المساعدة في تدريب الموظفين، وإدارة الأداء، والتطوير.
• متابعة رضا الضيوف وحل الشكاوى بسرعة.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير النظافة والسلامة والتشغيل.
• دعم إدارة المخزون والطلب والسيطرة على التكاليف.
• التعاون مع إدارة المنشأة للفعاليات والعروض والتحسينات في الخدمة.
• أداء مهام أخرى أو مشاريع كما يوجّه من قبل مدير المطعم المساعد أو مدير قسم الأغذية والمشروبات.
ما تجلبه
• خبرة لا تقل عن2 إلى 3 سنوات في دور مماثل في علامة تجارية فاخرة
• شخصية اجتماعية ونهج can-do للمهام الموكلة
• مستوى عالي من الفهم والمعرفة بالعمليات الغذائية والمشروباتF&B
• معرفة بمعايير خدمة المطاعم والنظافة وإجراءات السلامة.
• قيادة قوية، مهارات تنظيمية واتصال عالية.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وكجزء من فريق.
• متمكن من اللغة الإنجليزية (التحدث والقراءة والكتابة)
