Roles & Responsibilities

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities at construction or industrial project sites. The role ensures that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

1. Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians.

2. Allocate daily work assignments and monitor productivity.

3. Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and project specifications.

4. Inspect completed work and rectify any defects before client inspection.

5. Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower records.

6. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

7. Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.

• UAE/GCC experience in construction, industrial, MEP, or infrastructure projects is required.

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.

• Experience in supervising electricians and allocating daily work activities.
