As a Housekeeping Attendant you showcase the property from
the moment they arrive ensuring that the guest stays in a safe, clean
environment. You are responsible for how the hotel shines and sparkles,
that all public surfaces and areas are at their best and reporting any issues
you find. You also support the hotel in the back of house to ensure that office
spaces are safe and clean for all your colleagues. This important role requires great customer services skills,
fitness, cleaning skills, attention to detail and a genuine care about what you
do.
What will I be doing?
- Deliver the best quality guest rooms cleaning services and
make sure every guest feels they can relax and enjoy their time with us
- Clean corridors and floor public areas around the guest
rooms assigned
- Follow Lost and Found policy for any items left in the area
- Report any safety hazards and violations
- Report any maintenance or repair issues
- Report any lost items from the guest rooms
- Ensure linen is in good condition and placed as per brand
standards
- Accountable for the best appearance of the trolley and
pantry area, ensuring to keep them clean and tidy at all times

ما الذي سأقوم به؟
- تقديم أفضل خدمات تنظيف غرف الضيوف بجودة عالية والتأكد من أن كل ضيف يستطيع الاسترخاء والاستمتاع بوقته معنا
- تنظيف الممرات والمناطق العامة حول غرف الضيوف المخصصة
- اتباع سياسة مفقودات وموجودات لأي عناصر تركت في المنطقة
- الإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر سلامة وانتهاكات
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل صيانة أو إصلاح
- الإبلاغ عن أي أشياء مفقودة من غرف الضيوف
- التأكد من أن الملاءات في حالة جيدة وموجّهة وفق معايير العلامة التجارية
- مسؤول عن أفضل مظهر لعربة الخدمة ومنطقة المخزن، مع الحرص على keepingها نظيفة ونظيفة دائماً
