About Us: Jelani AI is a cutting-edge, AI-powered LegalTech platform specializing in smart contract analysis, auditing, and engineering legal services for construction and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy Technical Growth Marketing & B2B SaaS Sales Specialist to accelerate our subscription growth. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical/AI curiosity with high-impact B2B sales strategies, specifically targeting contracting, construction, and engineering firms across the UAE and KSA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B SaaS Subscription Sales: Drive and close enterprise/corporate platform subscriptions through high-converting WhatsApp Business, social media including linkedin, and email sales funnels .
Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, videos, and marketing materials that effectively communicate product value.
Cold & Warm Outreach Automation: Strategize, launch, and optimize automated Cold Email campaigns, successfully transitioning leads into Warm Emails and scheduled platform demos.
LinkedIn Social Selling: Leverage LinkedIn to connect with C-level executives, legal counsels, and contracts managers within the GCC construction and engineering sector.
AI Content Generation: Utilize advanced generative AI tools (video and image generation platforms) to create compelling visual assets that articulate the platform’s technical value proposition.
Personal Branding & Thought Leadership: Develop and execute content strategies that position the platform and its leadership as domain experts in AI-driven contractual and engineering risk remediation.
Requirements:
Proven track record in SaaS / Cloud Subscription B2B Sales (Experience selling digital solutions, NOT physical products).
Strong experience on Canva, Apollo, and Sender platforms
Strong professional exposure to the UAE and/or KSA markets, with an understanding of how engineering and construction firms operate. Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in sales and marketing,
Strong experience in creating AI videos, coracles, AI related tolls.
Hands-on expertise with cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Hubspot) and creative AI multimedia platforms.
Deep knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, personal branding mechanics, and content distribution strategies.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred, providing a solid academic foundation.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or similar, demonstrates a commitment to industry standards.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the technology sector, showcasing industry-specific expertise.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, evidencing practical skills.
