Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Pattern Maker for our manufacturing facility in Ajman. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and repairing high-precision production moulds and plugs from engineering drawings using wood, foam, and composite materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret 2D/3D technical blueprints.
Shape and build patterns using wood, foam, or clay.
Apply gel coats, resins, and fiberglass reinforcements accurately.
Ensure perfect dimensional accuracy before final production.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in FRP/GRP mould making.
Must be able to operate hand tools, grinders, and sanders safely.
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
Candidates currently residing in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
