Role Description The Bar Back role at Three Bites Later is a full-time, on-site position based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Bar Back supports bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies, and by keeping the bar area clean, organized, and ready for service. Day-to-day tasks include setting up the bar before service, clearing and washing glassware, refilling ice and mixers, and assisting with basic food and beverage preparation as needed. The role also involves helping with inventory counts, receiving deliveries, and following all hygiene, safety, and responsible service guidelines. The Bar Back works closely with bartenders and servers to ensure prompt, friendly service and a smooth guest experience throughout the shift.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and support team members. Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic bar setup, hygiene standards, and product handling. Ability to participate in and support Training, including learning bar procedures and sharing best practices with colleagues. Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced setting. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs. Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative, respectful attitude toward coworkers and guests.
