About the role
The Cafe Milano Kitchen Commis I assists the Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and helps maintain a high standard & quality of food preparation.
What you will do
Main Duties/Description:
1. Prepare food items in accordance with standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.
2. Assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie/Commis I in developing standard recipes and ensure strict compliance with them.
3. Participate in product development and support the smooth, efficient operation of the kitchen.
4. Apply sound knowledge of cuisines and food service sanitation to perform duties efficiently and productively.
5. Maintain complete knowledge and adherence to Four Seasons Food Standards.
6. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
7. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
What you bring
• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

يساعد م الطبخ كيمي ديزا كوميـس أ في الفرن التنفيذي في الكافيه Milano Kitchen على تشغيل المطبخ اليومي ويساعد في الحفاظ على مستوى عالي من جودة إعداد الطعام.
ما ستفعله
المهام الرئيسية/الوصف:
1. تحضير عناصر الطعام وفق الإجراءات القياسية، وبطاقات الوصفات، والصور، والتعليمات المعطاة.
2. مساعدة الشيف القسم/شيف Demi/Commis I في تطوير الوصفات القياسية والتأكد من الامتثال الصارم لها.
3. المشاركة في تطوير المنتج ودعم تشغيل المطبخ بسلاسة وكفاءة.
4. تطبيق معرفة سليمة بالمأكولات ونظافة الخدمة الغذائية لأداء الواجبات بكفاءة وإنتاجية.
5. الحفاظ على معرفة كاملة والالتزام بمعايير طعام Four Seasons.
6. إظهار الاحترافية والعمل ضمن فريق وتبني موقف إيجابي في جميع الأوقات.
7. تنفيذ مهام أخرى أو مشاريع كما يكلفه بها Sous Chef أو رئيس الطهاة.
