Recruiting on behalf of an award-winning international design studio in Dubai that is looking to appoint a talented Senior Interior Designer to join its growing hospitality team. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile hotel, resort and commercial hospitality projects, taking schemes from concept through to detailed design while collaborating with an experienced team of designers, consultants and clients.
Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of luxury hospitality and commercial interior projects. Develop innovative concepts, mood boards, space planning and design presentations. Produce high-quality design packages, FF&E coordination and material selections. Coordinate with architects, consultants and specialist suppliers throughout the design process. Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and support the wider design team. Ensure projects are delivered to programme while maintaining exceptional design quality.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related discipline.8+ years' experience within a leading interior design consultancy. Proven portfolio of completed hotel, hospitality and commercial interior projects. Strong concept design and technical design capabilities. Excellent knowledge of space planning, materials and detailing. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Up. Experience with Revit is advantageous. Strong communication, presentation and client-facing skills. Previous experience working on projects across the UAE or wider Middle East is preferred.
