Placement Executive - Medical and Life (Emirati Nationals Only)

About This Role

We are recruiting a Placement Executive - Medical and Life to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the successful placement and renewal of insurance policies by coordinating with insurers, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quotes and market feedback. The role acts as the link between Client Executives and insurers, driving efficient market engagement while maintaining strong insurer relationships and ensuring compliance with internal placement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding.

  
  

• Engage with insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.

  
  

• Prepare and review market submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  
  

• Follow-up with insurers to obtain timely quotations and underwriting decisions.

  
  

• Compare insurer terms and providing placement recommendations based on coverage, pricing, and market competitiveness.

  
  

• Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and placement strategy.

  
  

• Maintain strong relationships with insurers to improve market access and service levels.

  
  

• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively identify placement risks or delays.

  
  

• Support the development of new insurance solutions and market opportunities.

  
  

• Maintain accurate placement records and producing reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance, and market trends.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• UAE National

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any related field

  
  

• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate preferred

  
  

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

  
  

• Detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service

  
  

• Good with numbers and comfortable working with data.

  
  

• Strong technical skills and confident using Excel.

  
  

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures

  
  

• Open to learning and willing to take on new challenges.

  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with industry terminology and processes.

  
  

• Internship experience.
