1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera & CCS Candy
Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements
Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and project milestones
Establish project timelines, resource plans, and sequencing of activities
2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Implement project control systems to track progress, productivity, and performance
Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify variances
Lead schedule updates, critical path analysis, and performance measurement
Provide early warning signals and recommend corrective actions
3. Delay Analysis & Claims
Lead delay analysis
Review and validate subcontractor schedules and claims
