نحن نبحث عن مهندس تقني (MEP) لدعم المدير الفني في ضمان جودة المشروعات والتوافق والتسليم الناجح للتطورات السكنية ومتعددة الاستخدامات في أبوظبي ودبي. يتركز الدور على مراجعة submissions تصميم MEP، monitoring جودة البناء، وضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة، ومواصفات المشروع، ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
• مراجعة رسومات الورش MEP، وتقديم المواد، وحسابات الأحمال، وبيانات الطريقة للالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع.
• متابعة الأعمال الميدانية لضمان امتثال التركيبات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق وأنظمة HVAC وELV للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة IFC.
• مراجعة والرد على RFIs والاسئلة الفنية (TQs)، وحل القضايا الفنية والتعارضات التصميمية.
• إعداد تقارير التفتيش، وسجلات المراجعة الفنية، وسجلات NCR/SOR، وتقارير التقدم الأسبوعية.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد للمشروع.
• حضور اجتماعات التنسيق الفني الأسبوعية وإجراء جولات تفتيش منتظمة في أبوظبي ودبي.
• تحديد المخاطر الفنية، وقضايا الجودة، وعدم الامتثال، ورفعها إلى المدير الفني.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإمارات في المراجعة الفنية، QA/QC، أو هندسة الموقع مع مقاول أو استشاري أو مطور.
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق والكهرباء وELV، بما في ذلك مراجعة رسومات الورش، وحسابات الأحمال، وإجراءات التفتيش.
• خبرة في مراجعة رسومات الورش وتقديم المواد وبيانات الطريقة وRFIs وTQs.
• فهم جيد لمتطلبات الجهات الإماراتية ولوائح البناء (ADCD، DM/DDA، Estidama، DEWA/ADDC).
• رخصة قيادة UAE سارية ومركبتك الخاصة مطلوبة، حيث يتطلب الدور سفرًا منتظمًا بين أبوظبي ودبي.
We are seeking a Technical Engineer (MEP) to support the Technical Manager in ensuring the quality, compliance, and successful delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role focuses on reviewing MEP design submissions, monitoring construction quality, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE authority requirements.
• Review MEP shop drawings, material submittals, load calculations, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site works to ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV installations comply with approved IFC drawings and specifications.
• Review and respond to RFIs and Technical Queries (TQs), resolving technical issues and design clashes.
• Prepare inspection reports, technical review logs, NCR/SOR logs, and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Attend weekly technical coordination meetings and conduct regular site inspections across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify technical risks, quality issues, and non-compliance, and escalate them to the Technical Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in technical review, QA/QC, or site engineering with a contractor, consultant, or developer.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems, including shop drawing reviews, load calculations, and inspection procedures.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
• Good understanding of UAE authority requirements and building codes (ADCD, DM/DDA, Estidama, DEWA/ADDC).
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are required, as the role involves regular travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
