Educational qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, or any related field; diploma holders with extensive practical experience in the field may also be considered.
Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in administrative or executive support, preferably in a government or legal entity or in the professional services sector.
Preferably have experience supporting senior management and supervising junior administrative staff.
Technical and behavioral competencies
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
Proficiency in using Transaction Management Systems (CMS) and document management systems and other Office applications.
Excellent skills in document and records management.
Strong skills in preparing reports and gathering information.
Ability to prepare meeting minutes and coordinate meetings.
Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
Strong skills in administrative planning and organization.
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English, with Arabic proficiency considered an added asset.
