Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Fit-Out & Finishing) to join our growing site projects team across the Northern Emirates. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional workmanship standards and ensuring that all fit-out and finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, materials, and project specifications.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship complies with approved standards and project specifications. Inspect fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, marble, glass, metal works, painting, and decorative finishes. Verify compliance with approved drawings, materials, and design intent throughout execution. Identify defects, poor workmanship, and non-conforming works while ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Consultants, and Subcontractors on all quality-related matters. Review material samples, mock-ups, and installations prior to execution. Lead snagging, de-snagging, and final quality inspections before project handover. Maintain consistent finishing quality standards across multiple projects. Support consultant inspections and ensure timely closure of observations and comments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.5–8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects. Strong hands-on experience inspecting joinery, ceilings, gypsum works, flooring, marble, painting, glass, metal, and decorative finishes. Good understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and QA/QC inspection procedures. Familiarity with inspection reports, NCRs, consultant inspections, and quality documentation. UAE Driving License is preferred due to frequent site visits.
