This is an exciting 18-month freelance/contract opportunity for an experienced architecture professional to represent the client on a major development project, overseeing delivery from planning through to successful handover while ensuring quality, budget, and project objectives are achieved.

???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????• Act as the client’s representative throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery expectations.• Drive project planning activities, including delivery strategies, timelines, governance structures, and risk management processes.• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.• Oversee design development, procurement activities, and construction progress while monitoring quality, cost, and programme.• Review project updates, technical submissions, risks, and key decisions while providing recommendations to the client.• Support successful project close-out by managing handover requirements, documentation, and final deliverables.

????????????????????????????????????????????????• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Architecture background is essential).• 5–6 years of experience in project delivery, design management, or client-side project representation.• Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and project delivery requirements.• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations, authority requirements, and approval processes.• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within a freelance/contract environment.
