We are looking for a seasoned L&D & Performance Management Specialist to join a government entity in Abu Dhabi on an 8-month contract. This role will play a key part in driving employee development, strengthening performance frameworks, and aligning workforce capabilities with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs Design and deliver impactful training programs (workshops, curricula, e-learning) Support creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) Measure effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives
Performance Management Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, reviews) Define and implement KPIs aligned with organizational strategy Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and employee development Analyze performance data to identify trends and high-potential talent
✅ Requirements Arabic speaker (mandatory) Prior experience with Abu Dhabi government / semi-government entities (mandatory)10+ years of relevant experience in L&D and Performance Management Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
