- توفير الخبرة التقنية في جميع تصاميم القياس والتحكم
- ضمان الامتثال للتصميم والهندسة مع الأكواد المعنية ومعايير ADNOC
- تنسيق ومراقبة ومعالجة تصميم الهندسة القياسية والتحكم مع مقاول EPC وفق توقعات المشروع وإتمامها في الإطار الزمني
- العمل مع مهندسي تخصصات أخرى داخل IPMT، مقاول EPC، هندسة ADNOC / التشغيل / واجهة الموقع لحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان جودة تنفيذ هندسة التخصص والنزاهة وغيرها
- إجراء مراجعات تقنية منتظمة وفي الوقت المناسب لنتائج الهندسة القياسية التي يوفرها الاستشاريون/المقاولو الهندسية، مع ضمان جودة التصميم وفق الأكواد والمعايير والممارسات الأفضل ذات الصلة

المسؤوليات:
- ضمان تكامل الهندسة الكلية للقياس والتحكم. التنسيق العام ضمن فريق الهندسة للقياس والتحكم في IPMT
- ضمان جودة ودقة تصميم الهندسة لدى الاستشاريين الهندسيّين ومقاولي EPC
- المراجعة والموافقة على أعمال الاستشاري الهندسي ومقاول EPC والتأكد من الامتثال لمواصفات ADNOC والمذكورات في الأكواد والمعايير والممارسات الصناعية الأفضل
- تنسيق المشاركة الهندسية المطلوبة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم ونماذج الأعمال المختلفة. الإسهام بخبرة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم ونماذج الأعمال لتحسين التصميم والتحقق منه.
- المشاركة في فرق لتحديد أبعاد المعدات / اختيار المعدات مع مراعاة التحسين والتوحيد القياسي
- التأكد من تصميم المنشآت وفق أحدث إرشادات الشركة فيما يتعلق بالبيئة والصحة
- ضمان الاستخدام الكامل للمنشآت القائمة مع تحسين المنشآت اللازمة للمشروعات الجديدة
- المشاركة في مراجعات التخطيط، ومراجعة النماذج، ومراجعة التصميم والورش الفنية
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية والتنسيق مع مهندسي التخصصات الأخرى
- تنسيق المراجعات الفنية وتقييم العطاءات وتقييم الأداء
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية خلال التثبيت، ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل
- التبليغ لقائد فريق تخصص ADNOC، مدير الهندسة، وتقديم الدعم لمديري المشاريع والمهندسين ضمن منظمة فريق إدارة المشروع
- التواصل مع المدراء وقادة الفرق والمهندسين في أقسام الشركة الفنية، ووحدات الأعمال، ووحدات التشغيل، وقسم اللوجستيات
- التواصل بانتظام مع فريق الهندسة وإدارة المشروع لدى المقاول والمهندسين التخصصيين عند الحاجة
التأهيلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية / القياس والتحكم أو الهندسة الإلكترونية
- ما لا يقل عن 15 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة النفط والغاز
- مهارات اتصال مكتوبة وشفوية ممتازة
- مهارات فنية فريقية وشخصية ممتازة
- خبرة ومعرفة تفصيلية بالأكواد والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة
- معرفة ببرامج الكمبيوتر الهندسية وبرامج الأعمال العامة
- القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات مستقلة في التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق لتطوير حلول لمشاكل معقدة
Job description
- Provide technical expertise in all Instrumentation design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Instrumentation design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Instrumentation Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure integration of overall Instrumentation Engineering. Overall coordination within IPMT Instrumentation Engineering Team
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Instrumentation Engineering design activities
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices
- Coordinate the required engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to design optimization and validation.
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
- Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest corporate guidelines with respect to environment and health aspects.
- Ensure full utilization of the existing facilities while optimizing the facilities required for the new projects.
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
- Coordinate technical reviews and bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Project Management Team organization
- Interface with Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers in Company's Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations Units, and Logistics Department
- Interface regularly with Contractor’s Engineering and Project Management team and discipline engineers as and when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical / Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
