المسؤوليات الأساسية
- الإشراف على أنشطة MEP اليومية في مواقع المشاريع.
- تنسيق أعمال التركيـب الميكانيكي والكهربائي والسباكة.
- التأكد من تنفيذ العمل وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات وجداول المشروع.
- الإشراف على الفنيين والمتعاقدين وعمال الموقع.
- إجراء فحص الموقع لضمان الجودة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- التنسيق مع مديرين المشروع والمهندسين والمستشارين والعملاء.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وحل القضايا الفنية في الموقع.
- التأكد من التخطيط والتوزيع السليم للمواد.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية ووثائق الموقع.
- التأكد من الامتثال للوائح المحلية وسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للشركة.
Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong background in the Electro-Mechanical industry. The successful candidate will supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installation and maintenance works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP activities at project sites.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and site labor.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Ensure proper material planning and utilization.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.
