- Develop and execute detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and manufacturing capabilities.
- Manage raw material procurement and inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize excess stock, optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless flow of goods from order to delivery.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency gains.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, for effective cross-cultural communication.
Strong command of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
