• Manages pick sheets as per TO

• Removes warehouse items from the shelves based on the requirements and check for quality · Ensures that processing of orders is accurate, palletised accurately and properly shrink wrapped · Stages items correctly for delivery as per zones with clear instruction on each pallet with store name, store code, TO number and date

• Any discrepancies like shortage / damages to be informed team leader immediately

• Any identified loose or opened product to be informed to team leader immediately

• No product should be kept outside the bin without proper signage explain the reason · Inspect/perform the loading and inspect sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders, and signing pick tickets to confirm

• Take pictures and save it in daily TO shared drive till the orders are received and confirmed back from the store with no discrepancy

• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed

• Oversees stock replenishment, follow any Item related special instruction from team leader

• Ensures daily picking target is met, and all orders are processed on time

• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness inside warehouse · Performs other general warehouse duties as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic Knowledge of picking, sorting, packing and moving customer orders

• Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions in English

• Ability to read and write simple correspondence, properly and accurately in English

• Familiarity with using hand tools, poweredmachines and inspection equipments

• Agile and multi-tasking individual able to work under pressure
